Nice home, to bad it isn’t in prime north of sunset hiltop silver lake but still i’m surprised it hasn’t moved. The asking seems pretty reasonable for a cute bungalow in the ’lake.

No one mentions the Silver Lake pipeline project that will be turning that lake view into a two year long view of a dusty ,noisy construction site in 2015.

It’s a Silver Lake thang….you wouldn’t understand, but I’ll kindly try to help you out. It is fundamentally about the PEOPLE, not the lake per se!

Silver Lake is such an asset. The homeowners around this lake will see a spike in their home value when everything is sparkly and new again.
