This project appears to be more vehicle-oriented because of the lack of density in the area. With the amount of development-ready property surrounding it that could ideally swing residential or mixed-use, I don’t see why this couldn’t be a popular destination – provided the tenants don’t limit it to being a mall. The BeltLine will (eventually) be less than a block away, as well. I like the concept, but this development may be jumping the gun on having a local market to support it.

Speed bumps would be a huge help on all the streets connecting North and Ponce, as well. Most are residential streets that get used as high-speed cut-throughs 24/7.
