What aesthetic have scooters destroyed exactly?

This project appears to be more vehicle-oriented because of the lack of density in the area. With the amount of development-ready property surrounding it that could ideally swing residential or mixed-use, I don’t see why this couldn’t be a popular destination – provided the tenants don’t limit it to being a mall. The BeltLine will (eventually) be less than a block away, as well. I like the concept, but this development may be jumping the gun on having a local market to support it.

Don’t fall into the Buckhead trap like most recent grads do. Midtown is just as accessible for jobs and isn’t Diet Atlanta.

Speed bumps would be a huge help on all the streets connecting North and Ponce, as well. Most are residential streets that get used as high-speed cut-throughs 24/7.

I’m sure that statistic has absolutely nothing to do with cars. /s

Can we just lock Fuqua in one of these self storage units and call it a day?

If you don’t want an old house, don’t buy one. There’s plenty of actual teardowns around Atlanta – this one only needs minor updating.
