Given the collapsing global credit, bond, commodity, stock (and soon enough, real estate) markets, I’m surprised luxury developers even want to finish their projects at this point and instead aren’t heading for the hills.

Underwood Hills.

Beautiful house and property.(Note to Curbed interns: Furniture and carpets are antique.) Unfortunately the property is not on the water. But if you like living in a woodland setting this is perfect for you.

It might not meet the eight year old criteria for best but I have never seen anything in my life like Halloween on Woodland Ave in Ormewood Park.

@Owensmouth: Honestly, I always thought the "Woodland" name was another land sales come-on like the imperceptible "ocean breezes" supposed to blow through 12 miles of mountain range!

Waaaaah. Waaaaaah. Waaaaah. Racoons are just cuter cats. Deal with it. In fact, I prefer racoons to cats in virtually every way. Racoons just scavenge trash while cats kill plenty of delightful woodland critters.

#25: thank you. Beverly Hills has homes that are equally as hideous as this.

Maybe #20 should move to Beverly Hills and get the fuck off my sidewalk.
