Given the collapsing global credit, bond, commodity, stock (and soon enough, real estate) markets, I’m surprised luxury developers even want to finish their projects at this point and instead aren’t heading for the hills.

Waaaaah. Waaaaaah. Waaaaah. Racoons are just cuter cats. Deal with it. In fact, I prefer racoons to cats in virtually every way. Racoons just scavenge trash while cats kill plenty of delightful woodland critters.
