Paul Williams-Designed Tudor In Bel Air Asking $19.95 Million

The Paul Revere Williams Project is not the official holder of Paul Williams archives. While they do a phenomenal job of piecing together his works (just cracking the surface), Paul Williams archives (what was not destroyed during the riots) are still held by his family; not available to scholars as far as I know.

The price does seem off by $5-6 million.
