@ncrpz2: The plan isn’t too fix the old St. Louis stadium – it’s to build a brand new one. Stan is going to be kicking money into the St. Louis project no matter what. He might be thinking that if he is going to kick in his own cash, might as well be in LA with a better likelihood of having a good return on his investment. But let’s also remember that Stan is worth over $5 billion dollars. He might just say, "Fuck it – I would rather be in LA than St. Louis." A lot of people with a lot less money have said the same thing.

@ncrpz2: While I agree that this is certainly a negotiating tactic on the part of Kroenke to get a stadium deal in St. Louis, it doesn’t mean that this deal (Inglewood) is a publicly funded one. Which it isn’t. Kroenke’s partner in this deal is Stockbridge Capital, the developer of the Hollywood Park site.

I’m not familiar with what’s been going on in St. Louis, but they, too, seem unwilling to build a stadium with public funds. If it weren’t for that incentive back in 1993 (or whatever year it was) when the Rams left Anaheim, they would not have moved to St. Louis. Kroenke has never been happy with their location since he bought the Rams, but was tied to it with their current contract.

woowwww…. who lives like this? This is fake! Where is the home, the hospitality? Where is the sense that he’s still the adorable hazzabear from the video diaries? At 20 I support them from when I was 16 and why the hell is he doing this. What happened to the innocent baby boy we all loved? That Louis loves? Im starting to think the fame is ruining the boys that I grew up loving… Larry, Louis, Harry, Zayn, Niall, Liam? Where are you? Im still looking…. :(

St Louis is further ahead than Oakland and San Diego and the NFL is not going to let the Rams walk if a stadium gets built there and no way in hell the Raiders move to St Louis. The nfl will award LA to the teams with the worst stadiums and those teams are the Raiders and Chargers, the Rams left LA and the state. Period
