@One Wag: Nope. Ray Evans had this house built in 1952 and lived in it until his passing in 2007.

The house was designed by William Beckett.

Wonderful house, appears completely original. It harks back to a simpler time in Southern California. I’m not sure about the William Alexander attribution however. What is the name of the original clients?

I have wondered why they have not shut down the William Mulholland Memorial Fountain, as well. Every time I see it I think of the drought we are going through

This house would be awesome if I had access to copious amounts of blow and hung out with Robert Evans, Jack Nicholson and William Friedkin back in the 70’s.
