@mitate: Hey Rip Van Winkle, welcome to 2010. How was your nap for the past 3 years?
You really have to go to the Valley to get the worst. Pretty much every intersection on Van Nuys Blvd. is an eyesore.
Nestled all cozy like – right between the Van Ness Gangster Brims to the east and Rollin 60’s Neighborhood Crips to the west.
My recollection was that "No Cruising" was implemented in Westwood to suppress gang activity. Likewise for Crenshaw and Van Nuys.
Rail on/under Van Nuys Bl extending underground to Westwood and WLA to LAX
I would have sworn this was my old building, 11865 Magnolia, but you say Van Nuys, so I have to believe you!
@guest #6: I agree, and I also see that the home is in van nuys, so makes sense now.
North of the 101= Fancy Van Nuys. Can you afford private school and armed guards while still paying 879,000?
Several of you seriously need therapy. "I’m tired of being ashamed of living in Van Nuys" – REALLY? Seek professional help.
Kudos to Steven Price for citing the inimitable Van Day Truex. One of my idols.
Thank you Steven! Benjamin Storck
