There are still condos that cheap in Baldwin Village. Some are even sub 200K.

I agree with Mr. Nimby (LOL) and Mr. Price. I was very confused by the rendering and the "mid-century" / "Town Green" description and I do deal with architecture on a daily basis. This looks more like a Tuscan-Lite Valencia Village phase. Thumbs Down!

@puntbamapunt: an actual rail trolley could attach to the second to last stop on the green line. It could then follow the greenbelt all the way to the pier, with a stop at manhattan village mall. Good for business
