Why don’t they plan a North/South line (besides Crenshaw, which is too far east) that connects the Expo Line to the Purple Line and continues up to the Valley? Ideally along Sepulveda. This would link Purple & Expo and also connect with Sherman Oaks. Seems ideal.

If you think it about the same house on the same size lot in Brentwood would be $2.5 Million. For $879K this looks like a deal for many people getting priced out of the Westside. I see more and more people looking in Sherman Oaks and Tarzana because the Westside is now at absurd levels. This will sell fast.
