The major problem is obviously drugs and our leaders will not even acknowledge it. The current owners paid 1.2 million just this past January and does not look like they did anything to the property. Nice way to make a couple of hundred thou in 6 months

Shulius , great story, but all there is to know about " 1530 Remah Vista Drive" is that it was built in 1941 and google shows nothing but a lovely wall, but being a midwesterner myself I can see where a young serviceman in the 1940s would be blown away about everything LA and the surrounding area

this home has been beautifully restored but the issues are 1. got a little bit of noise, 2. views are good but not amazing 3. the house isn’t layed out for modern living – it may have worked when the home was built but not so much today – it’s got tiny little bedrooms that would barely handle a queen size bed. terrible closet space etc. would work for a single archtectural buff but not so great for the vast majority of buyers out there. most people would rather look at a shindler on a home tour or in a coffee table book but when it comes to every day living and investing your money – they will choose a more conventional home
