I think Ballona Creek would be better to redevelop into a High Line style park. It’s accessible via the Jefferson/La Cienega expo stop, it could attract people at the beaches, and doesn’t pass through and serve harsh industrial zones, unlike the LA River. I’d rather see the LA river become a real river again.
