it is indeed west ……….75 runs North to south 285 runs east to west in this area.

The West Adams and Mount Washington homes looks great and are reasonably priced.
That house is NOT in the West Highlands subdivision.
I see that the "Near West Village" house is being marketed as in "North Village." Is NV now a thing?

Definitely Van Nuys. Very nice and great pricing. But they should’ve provide better photos for West Hollywood.
