Some great choices here even with the expensive monthly price tag. I had a hard time choosing between Beverly Grove, Sherman Oaks and Pasadena. Pasadena seems to be the best bang for the price.

The west side? About the east side?? Pasadena is a major water hog! Especially the wealthy that live there! They single handly almost sent Pasadena alone into a water drought on more than one occasion!
It is a really rough location…cute house, but not worth it in that area of Pasadena….it’s not quite North enough to be into a decent part of Altadena, but nowhere near a nicer section of Pasadena.
