Stunning. Pasadena surprises again with such a well priced prestige architectural offering. Gracious Pasadena mid-century modern living at its finest…..I do wonder why Pasadena real estate remains to be priced so low compared to other neighborhoods when it really is one of the most lovely neighborhoods in which to live.

Some great choices here even with the expensive monthly price tag. I had a hard time choosing between Beverly Grove, Sherman Oaks and Pasadena. Pasadena seems to be the best bang for the price.

I actually really like the video for the one in South Pasadena. It’s refreshing to see someone with some personality finally, seems like he actually cares about the property instead of just churn em and burn em.

A lot of the white people in the 50’s fled to Pasadena after the "white only" covenants were deemed illegal. Also coincidentally, they still have a large KKK population!

But yeah I understand what you mean. I think Santa Clarita or Calabasa is more what I was talking about.

Pasadena has easy access to 4 TJs, three located in the city proper (Arroyo Pkwy. near California; Lake @ Del Mar; Rosemead Blvd. in Hastings Ranch), plus one on the Pasadena/San Gabriel border at Rosemead and Huntington Dr.

@guest #2: Pasadena is establishment, not Hollywood show off. I think you will find people in Pasadena can take care of their own home decoration needs thank you very much.

The west side? About the east side?? Pasadena is a major water hog! Especially the wealthy that live there! They single handly almost sent Pasadena alone into a water drought on more than one occasion!

It is a really rough location…cute house, but not worth it in that area of Pasadena….it’s not quite North enough to be into a decent part of Altadena, but nowhere near a nicer section of Pasadena.

The land value of this Pasadena property is probably close to the asking price. That is one of the more desirable parts of Pasadena.
