Flippers Better Shelter Add a Pool to 1960 Glassell Park Ranch
Hate this house, but all the panic about Glassell Park being a gangbanger’s paradise is a bit silly.
Here’s a list of neighborhoods with a higher violent crime rate than Glassell Park:
Atwater Village, Mar Vista, Studio City, West Los Angeles,
Silver Lake, Beverlywood, Bradbury, Chatsworth, Valley Village, Malibu, Toluca Lake, Hollywood Hills West, Sawtelle, Eagle Rock, Marina Del Rey, Los Feliz, Northridge, Hollywood Hills, Larchmont, Hancock Park… I could go on, but why bother?

Landmark modern by RM Schindler in the Cahuenga Pass asks $2.85 million

The 9 Fancy LA 'Hoods Most Popular With Foreign Buyers
@guest #61: Hollywood Hills is an awful investment for any buyer compared to Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Go promote your crappy agency with an ad, your reputation, and strong word of mouth not on a message board. Loser, no one will use you if you spam sites like this.
Los Angeles is Still the Second Least Affordable Housing Market for the Middle Class
Pasadena second to Manhattan makes no sense to me. Price per square foot is much less in Pasadena than certain other high priced parts of the city (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood Hills West, etc.) What am I missing?
There actually is a natural stream — the Arroyo de los Jardines (Brook of the Gardens) — that is believed to run from the Hollywood Hills, through Brookside, on to Baldwin Hills and eventually flow into Ballona Creek. The stream is home to koi, goldfish and crawfish.
yeah right. as if we’ll see low income housing in Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Holmby Hills, the Hollywood Hills etc. If you’re rich enough you can live where none of these issues are that apparent and let the rest of the regular people deal with it.
