The city will host its annual Patriots Day Parade on Monday, April 16. The parade honors the first battles of the Revolutionary War in Concord and Lexington in 1775.
A deal was pending for the condo—which includes a pergola and built-in grill in its outdoor space and a solarium and three bedrooms in its indoor space—in early 2015. But it does not appear to have ever closed.
It includes a 40-foot-long living room and a library; the potential for six bedrooms; a main bedroom suite that itself has the potential for a library (and already has a kitchenette); an elevator; a roof deck; four garaged parking spaces; and Charles River views.
