They could start by reading about how Paul Williams became one of the most revered architects in Los Angeles….a story of diligence, scholarship, excellence and humility.

The current owners did a great job bringing the house back to life in a stylish way that Paul Williams would have approved. I was fortunate to get a recent tour of the renovation; it’s very elegant.

Considering Paul Williams did not begin his long affiliation with the Beverly Hills hotel until 1941 and this house was built in 1935 it could not have been his first project after designing for the hotel.

This home was completely GUTTED by the current owners who consider themselves ‘flippers’. All the amazing original Paul Williams details were stripped for Restoration Hardware stuff. It feels like a catalog mcmansion now. All the character is gone. The husband is a has been actor of "ski school fame" and no idea what the wife does. He has harassed the wonderful sweet elderly widow next door by chopping down her trees and routinely calls the cops on her and her tenant. He is a problem in the neighborhood and we will be happy to get rid of him.
He is a BADEGG and the ultimate in douche bag neighbor. Who wants to make enemies with their neighbors, what kind of person? A delusional one. There isn’t a single neighbor around him that wants him in this neighborhood.
Good luck ‘flipping’ a historical home you totally gutted and ‘restored’ with catalog parts.
All above are correct…I worked at that house for Limato…the second house used to belong to Ellen DeGeneres then Paul McCartney. It’s the house George Harrison passed away in. Limato’s house is magnificant.
