The East Hollywood apt. has some charm, the West Hollywood apt. looks like a future crime scene

Based on just the apartment and space alone, Van Nuys is by far the best place for the money. It’s actually very charming. Haven’t looked it up on a map though . . .

The West Hollywood apartment is dreadful. Who ever photographed did it a real disservice it looks like a bowling alley for speed freaks. The East Hollywood one is the beast looking of the lot but not having parking can be a nightmare.

Definitely Van Nuys. Very nice and great pricing. But they should’ve provide better photos for West Hollywood.

LOL. What a joke.

East Hollywood because Charles Bukowski lived down the street.
