Plus, it measures a generous 1,000 square feet. Near hiking trails, the Hollywood Reservoir, and Universal Studios, the apartment is renting for $2,095.
Echo Park
Just up from Counterpart Deli, the plant-based eatery that replaced Chango, on Echo Park Avenue, you’ll find a terra cotta-hued Mediterranean-style building, where a one-bedroom, one-bath is available. The 600-square-foot apartment has wood floors throughout, a walk-in closet, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Near all of Sunset Boulevard’s cafes, restaurants, and stores, it rents for $2,005.
Sawtelle
Less than 1 mile from Metro’s Expo/Bundy station and within reach of the ramen shops on Sawtelle Boulevard, this updated studio is pretty but small. It clocks in at just 300 square feet, not including a partially enclosed patio off the living area. It’s renting for $2,095, with all utilities paid by the owner.
Silver Lake
Nestled in Silver Lake’s Sunset Junction, this bright studio sits in a 1920s building but has been thoroughly updated, including with new countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen. Squeezed into its 408-square-foot is a walk-in closet. The building has a communal outdoor sitting area with a grill. The unit is renting for $2,165.

Centrally located off tree-lined Oakwood Avenue, near The Grove, Canter’s, and the New Bev, you’ll find this vintage one-bedroom. Featuring a decorative fireplace, a vintage tile bathroom, built-ins, coved ceilings, and a contemporary, eat-in kitchen, it’s renting for $2,095.

I live in Los Angeles and this is crazy. 300 sqft studio for $2095? Insane. I hate living in this city.
