I’d take the Eastern Columbia Building anytime between 2003 & 2012, when DTLA had very high hopes. Nowadays, with the zombie transient population wreaking havoc, I’ll have to go Carthay or Beverly Grove.

Damn. I clearly need to keep raising the rents in my duplex the max amount allowed by rent control which is 4% this year. who the hell is paying these prices.

A one-bedroom for $4,400? That’s too much for a one-bedroom. I went with the one in Carthay. Three bedrooms for $4,500. Now that’s better.

How the hell is LA more expensive than New York? Madness!

Who’s able to afford this? Do they need a husband?
