The Los Angeles Business Journal reports that the company's directors have decided to change the name Maguire Properties Inc. to MPG Office Trust Inc., "thus erasing the name of its founder." Relations with Robert Maguire, who offered to buy back some of his buildings (not his company, as previously written) in April, have been chilly. [LABJ]
