Built in 1916, the structure was converted into a residence in 1924 and is now on the market for the first time in 40 years, according to the listing. The oddly shaped home is filled with rustic charm.
The free weekend shuttle will carry hikers between the Arcadia Gold Line station and the Chantry Flats recreation area, a popular jumping off point for lots of scenic trails with infamously limited parking. Shuttles will run Sept. 22 to Oct. 9.
The cool Googie structure's windmill hadn't spun since 1989, but thanks to new restoration by current owner Denny's, the windmill is slowly turning again.
