The shopping mall will be transformed into a 24-hour community, complete with retail, office space, nearly 1,000 residences, and a 400 room hotel. The two tallest structures, though, will be getting a height reduction.
In a real estate market where homes under $200,000 are largely a thing of the past, it's refreshing to see this very serviceable one-bedroom unit hit the market with an asking price well under that number. Will a bidding war ensue?
