It was the dead of winter when we first debuted our map guide to some of the most notable public art around Los Angeles, but now it's finally summer, the sun's out (in the afternoon's anyway), the tourists are in town, and it seems like a perfect time to revisit some old favorites (Urban Lights!) and find some new ones (Expo Line art!). We've made a few additions and subtractions, so take a look and then go get out there and appreciate some art with your sun.
