Mapping the 26 Best Hotel Restaurants in Los Angeles

View as Map

In most cases, hotel eateries are meant to serve only guests who don't have a chance to wander outside of the neighborhood. But in Los Angeles, hotel restaurants need to serve more than eggs Benedict in the morning to be relevant. Hotel chefs have the opportunity to highlight the unique cooking that's endemic to LA, with farm fresh produce and polished techniques. In addition, with the Ace opening in Downtown and The Line heating up Koreatown, there are two new standout restaurants that would do well in any location, not just in a hotel. Herein, our pals over at Eater LA present some of the best hotel restaurants in Los Angeles. —Matthew Kang

Added 3/2014: LA Chapter at Ace Hotel, POT at The Line Hotel, Cast & Plow at Ritz Carlton MDR, RH at Andaz, The Royce at The Langham, The Belvedere at the Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Warren's Blackboard at The Beverly Garland
