Permits for new construction are going up, up, up and dirt's being moved all over Los Angeles. So what can we expect to see in 2013 and beyond? It seems like a good time to take a look at some of the projects currently wending their way through the entitlements and design review process as they make their way to a neighborhood near you. Here, then, is our first installment of the Pre-Development Watch map, highlighting projects that you may or may not be aware of, but all currently in the pre-development stage.
