Forbes has just released its list of most expensive zip codes in the US (based on median asking prices)--for the first time this year, a Manhattan zip topped the list. Meanwhile, Southern California zip codes seem to have slid a little; Rolling Hills (90274) is highest on the list, at number nine. The area still has 10 very pricey zips (including 90210, of course, and Bel Air's 90077)--here, in handy map form, are those pricey zips' priciest houses.

Rolling Hills's 90274 is the ninth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $3,972,500. This seven-bedroom is asking $10,990,000.
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills's famous 90210 is the twelfth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $3,630,743. This seven-bedroom developed by notorious megamansion builder Mohamed Hadid is asking $58 million.
Hidden Hills
Hidden Hills's 91302 is the twentieth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $3,157,231. This seven-bedroom is asking $9,995,000 (with HOAs of $569 a month.
Bel Air
Bel Air's 90077 is the twenty-third most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $3,052,154. Philanthropist Suzanne Saperstein's Fleur de Lys estate has been on the market for years with a stubborn asking price of $125 million.
Newport Coast
Newport Coast's 92657 is the twenty-fifth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $2,984,844. This eight-bedroom is asking $35 million, plus whopping $1,806 monthly HOA fees.

Malibu's 90265 is the thirty-eighth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $2,578,976. This enormous winemaking estate (home to Rosenthal Estates wine) is asking $59.5 million.
Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach's 92651 is the forty-seventh most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $2,274,346. This five-bedroom is asking $38.5 million with monthly HOAs of $655.
Newport Beach
Newport Beach's 92662 is the forty-ninth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $2,214,067. This six-bedroom just sold for $11 million after asking $12.5 million.
Pacific Palisades
Pacific Palisades's 90272 is the fiftieth most expensive zip code in the country with a median home price of $2,206,238. This eight-bedroom is asking $26 million.
