Chunk of former 1960s William Pereira building in Echo Park to be razed
A big piece of the William Pereira-designed Metropolitan Water District building, along with a megachurch it shares the property with, are slated to be demolished. Pereira, a prolific architect in Los Angeles, designed LACMA's original buildings.
