Disney's First Studio Still Standing in Los Feliz
The "first real location" of Walt Disney Studios was a pair of unassuming storefronts on Kingswell in Los Angeles's Los Feliz neighborhood. The building's been altered, but tenants say Walt's ghost still hangs around and seems quite happy.
