Betsey Johnson’s pink trailer in Malibu’s funky Paradise Cove Mobile Home Park is an extension of her fashion style: colorful, girly, eclectic, and a little bit punk. Johnson has called it her “little jewel box”—it’s filled with momentos and furnishings she’s collected throughout her life, and, as she told fashion website Man Repeller last year, she decorated the trailer entirely herself. “There are great neighbors, great privacy, great views and great beaches and golf carts,” she said of the setting.

It was the first home she bought in Los Angeles after relocating from New York in 2016. Four years later, she’s ready to part with it.

The dwelling holds two updated bathrooms and two bedrooms, including a “double-size” master that Johnson nicknamed “The Yellow Room.” Other features include wood floors, built-ins, and tongue and groove ceilings.

The trailer is surrounded by tropical landscaping and the outdoor spaces include a soaking tub, covered wood deck, and “multiple entertaining areas.” The trailer is one of 265 at Paradise Cove, an oceanfront mobile home park with a guard-gated entry, clubhouse, tennis court, and beach access.

232 Paradise Cove is listed with Ren Smith of Compass for $1.95 million. HOA dues are... wait for it... $2,706 per month.

A yellow tapestry covers the front door. The walls on both sides are covered in framed posters and prints, including one of Betsy Johnson with blond bangs, smokey eyes, and red lips.
The entryway is lined on side with built-in cabinets and shelves.
A cluttered living room with recessed lighting, tongue and groove ceiling, a skylight, and long skinny windows. The walls are covered in oil paintings of women. There’s a fuchsia rug and a white sofa covered in leopard print throw pillows.
Clerestory windows and a skylight bring light into the small living area.
The walls and ceiling of a bedroom are painted a deep, bright highlighter yellow. There’s rattan furniture and a black leather sofa.
