Friends star Matthew Perry is parting ways with the entire 40th floor of Century City’s ritzy Century building.

Perry paid $20 million for the 9,290-square-foot penthouse unit in 2017. He listed it last week for a cool $35 million, making it one of the highest-priced condos in Los Angeles—second only to a top-floor offering in West Hollywood’s exclusive Sierra Towers complex.

Since purchasing the unit, Perry’s given the space a thorough overhaul. According to a representative from the listing brokerage, architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano oversaw the renovation.

Promoted as a “mansion in the sky,” the four-bedroom, eight-bathroom condo has the aesthetic of a contemporary “giga-mansion.” The interior features expansive living spaces, an enormous kitchen, custom light fixtures, four fireplaces, a screening room, and a master suite with walk-in closets and two bathrooms.

Massive window panels and multiple balconies offer panoramic views across most of the Los Angeles basin.

The condo also comes with a mansion-like list of amenities, albeit shared with other residents of the building. These include a swimming pool, fitness center, and private wine storage. Such luxuries don’t come cheap; HOA dues are $8,814 per month.

Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen have the listing.
