Located at the corner of Pine Avenue and Fourth Street in downtown Long Beach, the Walker Building was built in 1929 by the architectural firm of Meyer and Holler, whose projects include Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the Egyptian Theatre, and the Hollywood Athletic Club.
