If you must have a balcony, this is your place. Located within the boundaries of the NoHo Arts District, the one-bedroom apartment is on the second floor, and offers, in addition to a balcony, a good-sized living room, an updated kitchen and bathroom, and off-street parking. Just a 10 minute walk to the North Hollywood Red and Orange Line stations, it rents for $1,895.
