The Los Angeles Times reports that Davis purchased the property more than 20 years ago (for just $690,000), when she was best known for stints on General Hospital and Melrose Place.
The late modern residence was built in 1978, and has been supplemented with multiple additions since construction. The 4,043-square-foot property contains four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two half baths. Wide windows allow plenty of natural light into the airy living spaces, and a long balcony alongside the house provides views across the Westside.
The master suite includes an attached fitness room, a walk-in closet, and a roomy bathroom. A built-in screening room is equipped with eight recliners.
The home sits on a half-acre lot with a grassy yard and a two-car garage.
Davis, who, per Variety, recently paid $5.3 million for a slightly larger residence in Brentwood, is asking $3.3 million for the compound.
Mimi McCormick and Maureen McCormick of Compass Realty have the listing.
