This hill-hugging home in Glendale’s bucolic Glen Oaks Canyon has undergone quite a transformation since last coming on the market in 2016. As listing photos from that appearance show, the 1940s-era residence had fallen into a rather dreary and lackluster state. Three years later, it’s come sashaying back looking quite the showcase, thanks to a makeover by OfficeUntitled design director Lisa Pauli.

Located at 527 Suncourt Terrace, the revamped residence measures 1,500 square feet and has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Features include hardwood floors, custom built-in oak cabinetry, copious expanses of glass, and new lighting, countertops, tile, fixtures, and appliances.

Outside, there’s a covered redwood deck, multiple succulent gardens, and a black-bottomed pool, which sits next to a vivid mural by Cobalt & Co. Surrounded by the San Rafael Hills on a 15,000 square foot lot, the property is asking $1.295 million. Chris Furstenberg of Nourmand and Associates has the listing.
