Million Dollar Listing agent Tracy Tutor is looking to sell her personal residence, and it’s a million dollar listing in its own right. The Bravo star’s home looks rather traditional from the street, but inside, it’s an explosion of color and extravagant finishes.

Built in 2008 and designed by architect Steve Giannetti, the two-story residence is decked out with Italian chandeliers from the ’60s and ’70s, ceilings inlaid with antique mirrors, multiple fireplaces, and Missoni window treatments.

In addition to seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the 10,877-square-foot home holds a billiards room, marble-clad bar, formal dining room, generously-sized wine cellar, gym, a double-height living room, and an upstairs “children’s lounge.”

The Brentwood property comes in at just under one acre, and the grounds include a pool and guest house. Tutor purchased 301 North Carmelina Avenue in 2009, paying $13.5 million. The new asking price? $23.9 million.

The grand foyer features an elegant staircase.

A wood-paneled sitting area opens to a loggia.
The game room, which doubles as a library.
The huge kitchen holds a “butler’s pantry” and a double island.
The lot comes in at .92 acres.
