A new small-lot development a couple of miles north of Metro’s Red and Orange line stations in North Hollywood is getting underway in less than two weeks. A rep for developer Verono Homes tells Curbed that its new 27-unit small-lot project, Outline at NoHo, will begin construction March 16.
The project at Victory Boulveard and Tujunga Avenue will create more than two dozen new residences, each with three bedrooms, a rooftop deck, and a two-car garage.
The homes will range from two and a half to three and a half bathrooms and run from about 1,600 to 1,850 square feet. The little houses will all include an open-concept floor plan, balconies, a ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and towering living room ceilings.
Houses in the Outline at NoHo are expected to start in the “high” $600,000s. The development is slated to be finished this fall.
San Fernando Valley home prices jumped up in the summer, with the median hitting a record-setting $708,000, only to cool down in the fall. As of November, the median home in the area was selling for $678,000.
