Located a short walk from the Vermont/Sunset Red Line station, the apartment rents for $1,495.

This sweet lower-level studio unit in Fairfax has a host of kitchen updates, including a new stove and new tile counters. A vintage-tiled bathroom and two walk-in closets are included. The apartment doesn’t have reserved parking, but there is permit parking on the street. It rents for $1,595.
