A four-bedroom, four-bathroom from celebrated midcentury architects Palmer & Krisel was listed earlier this month, asking $849K. The home was said to be built by Alexander and Dumas and was completed in 1958. The 2,100 square foot home looks as though it’s been very well maintained over the years including brand new heating and cooling systems. The residence also features beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and plenty of glass walls to enjoy them, or of course you can look out at them poolside.
