Mid-Wilshire

Centrally located near Wilshire and La Brea boulevards, this pink apartment building has a one-bedroom available. The unit features arched windows, wood floors throughout, and a kitchen with black and white tiles. Minutes away from El Rey Theatre and LACMA, it’s renting for $1,795.

Hollywood

The Gershwin Apartments on Hollywood Boulevard has an opening. This studio has an exposed brick wall, hardwood floors throughout, and large windows. Built in the 1920s, the building, which is located above retail space, has a screening room, community lounge, and fitness center. Easy walking distance to the Metro Red Line station at Hollywood and Western, it’s renting for $1,710.

Venice

This cute but compact bungalow is just minutes away from Lincoln Boulevard’s shops and restaurants and Whole Foods Market. In 310 square feet, it holds a half kitchen with a full fridge, a Breville oven, and one infrared electric burner top. The detached bungalow has a private entrance and wood beamed ceilings. It’s renting for $1,850.

Elysian Heights

This one-bedroom, one bath features a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new white cabinets, hardwood floors throughout, a bathtub with a subway tile backsplash, and lots of closet space. Located on the hills above Echo Park, near the Glendale freeway, it’s renting for $1,895.

West Hollywood

This studio is just a block away from all the cafes and shops on Santa Monica Boulevard. It features oak hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, built ins, an AC unit, one designated parking space, and cute ceramic tile floor kitchen. It’s renting for $1,800.
