West Hollywood

A unit is available in West Hollywood’s French Chateau-style Four Gables complex, which was designed in 1927 by architect Leland Bryant. The one-bedroom features a modern kitchen, built-ins, ornate beams, hardwood floors, Gothic arches, and original turquoise tile in the bathroom. Located on Fountain Avenue, just east of La Cienega Boulevard and walking distance from the Sunset Strip, the unit is renting for $4,400.

This contemporary, 1,510-square-foot loft-like unit is located near all of the restaurants and cafes on Sunset Boulevard. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom has an in-unit washer and dryer, concrete floors, high ceilings, and a chandelier in the living room. There’s also a balcony overlooking Sunset Junction. It’s renting for $4,600.

Located just north of Melrose Place and east of La Cienega, this unit is minutes away from high-end shopping, the MAK Center, and Alfred’s Coffee. Nestled in a Spanish-style fourplex, the two-bedroom, one-bath has hardwood floors, a fireplace, an onsite laundry room, and a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bright unit is renting for $4,450.

Downtown

A loft is available in the big blue jewel that is the Eastern Columbia Building. Opened in 1930, the iconic Art Deco masterpiece was converted to condos in 2006. The 1,730 square-foot loft that’s up for grabs has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, concrete floors, an open living area, lots of windows, and a private outdoor patio. Building amenities include a rooftop pool, a gym, and a spa. It’s renting for $4,500.
