Los Feliz

There’s a vacancy in Casa Laguna, one of the most glamorous old apartment buildings in Los Angeles. It’s only a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, but it measures a roomy 1,270 square feet. It’s unclear from the listing photos which unit is actually available, but most of the apartments are adorned in beautiful 1920s tile and outfitted with built-ins, wood floors, and other charming details; some even have fireplaces. Either way, the courtyard complex would be a lovely place to call home. The unit is renting for $3,000.
