Located at the corner of Seventh and Spring, Downtown’s A.G. Bartlett Building was completed in 1911 by the formidable firm of John Parkinson and Edwin Bergstrom. One of the city’s earliest skyscrapers, it originally served as the headquarters of Union Oil Company, but was converted to mixed use in 2002.

Now available in the Beaux Arts-style landmark is a corner loft on the top floor. Measuring 990 square feet, the unit features 14-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, exposed brick walls, a modern kitchen, new appliances, and a wrap-around balcony “showcasing 180-degree city views.”

Building amenities include 24-hour security and valet service and a common-area rooftop.

The unit is listed with an asking price of $779,000, and HOA fees are $455 per month. An open house is scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
