Here’s a cute Craftsman bungalow in South LA’s Exposition Park neighborhood.

Walking distance to the Expo Line station at Exposition Boulevard and Western Avenue, the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home was built in 1923 and retains its old charm, from its appealing front porch to its crown molding, wood floors, arched entryways, and decorative fireplace.

But the bathroom and kitchen, which features a breakfast nook, subway tile, and butcher block counters, have been given trendy updates.

The dwelling measures 1,080 square feet and sits on a 5,204 square lot that also holds a detached garage.

Last sold in 2014 for $330,000, it’s now asking almost double that price: $625,000.
