Private terraces, marble bathrooms, and a two-story amenity deck

Just south of Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood, a new collection of condominiums has opened up at 1030 Kings.

The four-story building is covered in a combination of perforated metal panels and wood siding, and contains 25 residences. Designed by Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects with interiors by MLH Design Group, each condo holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms and measures between 926 and 1,235 square feet.

All the dwellings feature 10-foot-tall ceilings, private terraces, high-end kitchen appliances and bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling marble.

Residents also have access to shared amenities, including a gym, a two-story amenity deck, an outdoor yoga deck, and parking that includes an electric car charger for each condo.

The complex “embraces the vibrant energy and world-class shopping, dining and iconic nightlife of coveted West Hollywood and the Sunset Strip,“ says Don Heller of The Agency, which is handling sales for 1030 Kings.

Prices in the new building range from $1.110 million to $1.85 million.
