Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, where we explore what you can rent or buy for a certain dollar amount in various LA ’hoods. We’ve found five rentals within $100 of today’s price, $3,000. Vote for your favorite below.

Over in Glendale, this sweet two-bedroom, two-bathroom house has vintage charm, wood floors, upgraded bathrooms, and a pool. The house comes with parking off-street. It rents for $2,950.

On the Westside, we find this Brentwood two-bedroom with 1.5 baths. (That extra half bathroom is great for parties!) The ground-floor unit has outdoor access, cute vintage tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. It also has a parking spot. It rents for $2,950.

This Sherman Oaks apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms—the luxury! The unit offers quartz counters, in-unit laundry machines, a balcony, and central air conditioning. There’s also a parking spot. It rents for $3,100.
