This Westlake studio apartment is in the lovely Bryson building, and sandwiched by Lafayette and MacArthur parks. The renovated apartment measures 540 square feet and has an updated bathroom and wood floors. It rents for $1,730.
In Valley Village, this one-bedroom apartment offers granite counters and wood floors. The complex has a pool, a pet-friendly policy, on-site laundry, and parking. It rents for $1,695.
There are some very nice retro touches in this Glendale one-bedroom, especially in the kitchen. The unit holds beamed ceilings in the living room and a vintage bathroom. There does not appear to be a fridge or a stove in the unit, nor is there a mention of off-street parking. Rent is $1,600.
