In Historic Filipinotown, you can score a remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath duplex. As the listing notes, the neighborhood is walking distance to Echo Park Lake, you’ll just have to cross the 101 Freeway to get there. Features include new kitchen appliances and laminate wood floors. It rents for $2,500.
The biggest pad in this round-up is a 1,100-square-foot apartment is in the Westside neighborhood of Sawtelle, where there’s easy access to the 405 freeway and plenty of delicious ramen. The unit holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It looks older, but clean and bright with good closet space. It’s renting for $2,500.
Here’s a place in Larchmont perfect for a Paramount employee: The lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is walking distance to the studio. It’s located in a 1920s, Spanish-style building, and the unit features arched entryways, a vintage stove, and retro tile in the kitchen and bath. It’s renting for $2,500.
