Looking for a power real estate move? Here’s an opportunity to own the entire top floor of West Hollywood’s Sierra Towers condo high-rise—a haven for celebrities and the privacy-conscious elite.

Per the listing, this is the first time in over five decades that all 7,000 square feet of penthouse space atop the tower has been available for purchase. Surrounded by 4,000 square feet of terrace and balcony space, the unit offers stellar views around the Los Angeles basin.

The enormous penthouse was created when seller Evan Metropoulos (whose brother Daren owns the Playboy Mansion) merged the building’s two top-floor units. Currently sitting empty, the property comes with plans for a major interior overhaul from designer Gavin Brodin, who recently oversaw a redesign of The Manor (now on the market as LA’s priciest home).

Sierra Towers—which, despite the name, is only one building—was constructed in 1965 and quickly became a popular celebrity hangout once a condo conversion wrapped up in the mid 1970s. Over the years, it’s housed a long list of luminaries, from Cher to Elton John to Lindsay Lohan. In December, Sandra Bullock put a 22nd-floor unit up for rent—for a monthly price of $22,000.

The building’s many amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, and valet parking for residents.

So how much for the entire upper level? A hefty $58 million—enough to make it one of the 10 most expensive listings in Los Angeles, by our calculations.

Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker and Josh Greer of Hilton & Hyland have the listing.
