Not long after putting the 18-story Hotel Indigo on the market, Metropolis developer Greenland USA has decided to put a second building in the four-building project in in South Park on the market.

The Downtown News reports that the project’s third and largest condo tower was listed for sale last month for an undisclosed price. The tower, which is expected to be complete in 2019, is under construction. It’s planned to rise 56 stories and hold 736 condos.

The first Metropolis building to be listed for sale was the 350-room Hotel Indigo. The hotel opened in April. Greenland listed it for sale in January, seeking $280 million.

The other two Metropolis buildings, a 38-story condo tower and a 40-story condo tower are not for sale. The former holds 308 residences and opened in 2017. The latter holds 514 units and is complete, but has not yet opened.
