Artist, designer, and pop-up market creator Carly Jo Morgan has put her bohemian compound in Topanga Canyon on the market.

Those unfamiliar with Morgan’s chic terrazzo furniture might recognize her recent work designing the vibrant, tropical set for Rihanna’s sensational performance at this year’s Grammys.

The gated compound holds four separate structures—a main residence, two guest houses, and “a meditation studio.”

Morgan’s furniture and understated style permeate the three-bedroom home she owned for nearly seven years. Recently remodeled, the main house features high, beamed ceilings; arched windows and doorways; leaded glass; and barn wood.

The colorful kitchen features a red range, custom cabinets, and radiant heated flagstone floors.

All four buildings on the site share the property’s drought-tolerant, desert-evoking outdoor spaces. Massive pink concrete benches and retaining walls dot the roughly half-acre property. It’s listed for $2.29 million.
